Fairly steep climb to begin. Best to wear shoes with good grip as it can get muddy and slippery.

Park at the Cablecar entrance or train station.
Worth starting earlier in the morning (the Cablecar queue was about 30 mins - and 60 mins on the way down) 09.30 start/16.00 end. Ticket: chf19 2-way + chf5 2-way your dog
Closed for winter.
There is a Hütte to eat and drink at the start.
