I draw the route at home with cycle.travel map and apart from some segment which I skipped, i cycled the shape on interesting pathways. Little mud and luckily the grass was short in this period ( November).

Street from Breginj down to Nadiža river is in bad shape. For road bike, you need to be careful.
On the Italian side they also repair some parts of street but if you're careful it's no problem for road bike.
