Very nice but strenuous hike. Great paths and great views. Made for hikers who want a little more.
Better not run with the kids. The first descent in the forest is too narrow, steep, stony and lots of roots to shake hands with.
To warm up, it's leisurely to the lake. The ascent is fairly steep to the border
