The Steinbachtal Valley is easily accessible via the Schlupfgraben Trail, and also quite easy to cycle. It's a bit more technical, with a few tricky sections, but generally well-ridden. Unfortunately, it's quite overgrown, and I think if it's not used regularly, some corners will become blocked.
