A beautiful tour but also very challenging, because the climb to El Pilar is steep in parts and seems never to end. Arriving at the top of Llano del Jable, the view is of course worth it. You should definitely make a detour to the bakery in El Paso... these delicacies are really the best after the long drive up!

Today it finally worked out with the Cumbrecita... beautiful ascent and descent and in between a short cruise to the Ermita de la Virgen del Pino... wonderful little tour!

My first tour on La Palma since the volcanic eruption... it was awesome. If you like it flowy, you should come here as soon as possible before the next downpour washes the fresh Lawas sand off the trails. Of course, as always, book with us: info@atlantic-cycling.de

It's just not possible on La Palma without meters of altitude... I've driven the El Time road many times... always a hot affair with the blazing sun and the black rock. But then up towards El Pinar is super steep... even had to get off once *embarrassing :-))
But the upper street is really super cool…
