We started from our accomodation with immediate steep downhill to Trento. After initial search for the cycling route we settled to a steady tempo. We started with very bad legs from Peschiera del Garda, even some Morettis last night did not help. The road to Riva del Garda offered some adrenalin, riding through many tunnels. Not a nice feeling with cars and motorcycles behind you back.
We had to stop a bit for coffe and lunch in Riva.

Great weather with not so much headwind. Anyway, first part was mostly on a busy local roads with significant trafic. A stop worth mentioning in Monteforte d'Alpone for coffee and a quick tour through the Verona city center.

Weather forecast said wind from the east in the begining and wind from the west at the end. Exacly so it was, just that headwind started already when crossing the border to Italy.

Last day of this short adventure. After a fabulous breakfast at the Rosengarten hotel, we started our descend towards Lienz.
