The tour is challenging, so sturdy footwear is strongly recommended. The elevation profile is deceptive; it's constantly up and down, sometimes on difficult paths. All in all, it's a very nice hike with a great audio guide, but it shouldn't be underestimated. Four hours is a realistic (at a leisurely pace).
