A short walk up then down firetracks 13 and 14 near Basket Range and Montecute. Today there was fast flowing water across the foord - fairly easy to cross

Magnificent hills with views of the Governors Old Summer Residence at Marble Hill.
Walk suitable for dog-walking.
Park near the bridge at the junction of Hunter, Burdett, Blockers and Merchants Rds.
Walk up Blockers Rd, a lovely gentle dirt road for approximately 4km.
Turn left onto Mawson

An easy flat walk around Paiwalla to view birds, listen for frogs, search for echidnas and see the revegetation of the wetlands. Approximately 7.5 km in 1.5 - 2 hours. Accessible for pushers with larger wheels as track may be rough due to echidna diggings.
