Very nice tour to the seven lakes, although we missed two that required a detour.
All paths are well signposted and, apart from a few trees lying across the way and stones that are slippery after rain, are easy to walk on.
You should at least wear trekking shoes; sturdy hiking shoes are much better.

Nice day tour.
Although not particularly long, the climbs, some of which are steep, make for a certain challenge. After rain, the paths are sometimes slippery.
Feasible with children aged 10 and over who are "used to hiking".
On this route, the "hiking highways" to the Zwölferhorn are avoided as far as

Full-day tour with beautiful views along well-walkable paths. The tour partly follows trails with loose gravel (especially the path leading to the passage below Nad Sitom), and at the beginning and end, the path is occasionally more like a small stream. However, the rest of the route is relatively easy to walk. Trekking shoes are sufficient; for those who prefer, hiking poles can help relieve pressure on the knees during steeper sections. Aside from a few spots, the trail does not run along steep drops or edges, and even in those sections, the path is wide enough to allow people who aren’t completely free from vertigo to pass safely. For those who want to take the time for navigation: the net walking time (excluding breaks/photo stops etc.) for experienced hikers aged 13 and up is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes. The starting parking lot is free of charge (as of August 2025). Further up, a parking ticket may be required in some areas.
