This is one of the most beautiful routes along the Baltic coast, coming from both Timmendorfer Strand and Travemünde Strand. Especially in sunshine, it's a worthwhile route, with restaurants at Herrmannshöhe and Klüver's Hafenräucherei (port smokehouse) in Niendorf harbor!
