After ascending Meikle Bin, descend to the fire roads. The route to Black Hill and Garrel Hill is mainly boggy. The walker's path isn't well defined and should be avoided.

Car park to Meikle Bin = excellent. Meikle Bin to Tomtain = poor choice. It’s extremely boggy in sections and mostly unrideable, other than the views from Tomtain it’s not worth the effort on a bike.
