Perfect passages. Relatively steep at the beginning, but hardly any traffic. Important in Croatia. Cars are apparently not used to cyclists. Sometimes dangerous overtaking maneuvers. Hardly happens in France, Italy and Austria.

Pleasant, constant gradient. Better to go up via the coast, though. Lots of pushing through the forest. Beautiful panoramic view from the summit. Perfect mountain for orientation on later tours.
