A nice hike that starts along the river Ninglinspo. Very nice but be aware that part of the trail along the Ninglinspo is considerd an advanced technical trail. be cautious, use good shoes and if uncertain hiking poles. it can get crowded so backtracking can be a problem. After that…

Nice little route. Open fields, canals with floating bridges, open dune section, through some forest sections. Near the northsea. Be aware that not all sections are free entrance, ticket (cheap at the small terminal) required. Nice amount of vertical meters.

Special attention to the section from Lago di Mont Rouss to Lago Della Testa. Very steep and loose surface, no ropes or cables
