Cymro Catholig

I am a novice with the Catholic religious order, the Rosminian fathers, trying to get fit and lose weight. I thought, in my naïvety, that cycling was a good way to do it. Now I'm hooked on riding, and finding tackling hills bigger than my waistline 'affirming'.

I own a Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1, which is a peach to ride.
