A really wonderful trail. This is a 25km section one way. Ended at the Wies-Wirt restaurant for a good meal. Then return to the start. The elevation varies from 330m to 520m. Gravel bed in excellent condition. In forests and along crop land.. Very quiet and peaceful.

This route was for a hot day with too much sun. So this avoids some of the sun. Leaving Eckbauer, a higher trail has better views but more sun. The path above the Lautersee is nicely shaded and in the forest. There is a shorter route along the lake.
