A figure of 8 from Coniston Cold mostly on quiet roads and Bridleways. Original plan was to cross the ford at Nappa, but it was very deep so went back via a very overgrown bridleway heading east.

Mostly good tracks and quiet roads, lots of uphill tracks, one very rough short section on Hellifield Moor, then quiet fast country lanes. Can be extended into Settle with evil steep hill section to numerous cafes (try 3 peaks cycles cafe for good coffee and cakes.
