Theres a section thats marked as a forestry road but its all grown over and it ended up as a bike portage section, slow going carrying a bike up a steep hill through foliage.
The pace was slowed by three punctures and having to walk the last 3 km.
Remember to take loads of water.

All the paths are allegedly there, but they are overgrown, you need a pair of secateurs or a machete. The short climbs were steep and the paths rugged. The views are worth it. Theres signs of wild boar. My partner spotted a snake and leapt back and waited for it to move. Slower than we'd normally walk but thats due to the path.
