Easy walk along the canal from Skipton to Gargrave, have a great pub lunch in the Masons Arms, then jump on the train back from Gargrave to Skipton. The train station is only a 5 minute walk from the pub and the train ticket only a few quid. Or a taxi is about a tenner.
