For the tour, the bike should be reasonably off-road.

Nice tour. I don't know latent either. I was recently on the Geisingberg. I started at the wildlife park. Was very nice too.

Thanks to Inge M vonller's suggestion, we completed this tour (yes, slimmed down here, because we don't have that much time today) and the way to the fortress was still unknown to us. It is worth visiting Pirna. We will visit the Sonnenstein with its museums when everything has reopened - the history of the Hitler regime is very dark, but we shouldn't forget that.
Beautiful city and Canaletto saw it that way too ... 😌

A beautiful area ... anyway in the sunshine! Anyone who would like to have a little historical insight into the castle, palace and baroque garden can download the audio guide (using the QR code) onto their mobile phone - really entertaining ... Count Wackerbarth, who is known to many about the winery in Radebeul, has the palace and have the baroque garden built. Of course, his headquarters were in Radebeul. After his death he was buried in the St.Georgen Church ..... The baroque garden is followed by an English garden and from here there are both beautiful hiking and cycling tours. It is a shame that the footbridge after the Baudaer Mühle or the old Bauda weir was demolished and will probably not be rebuilt until 2023 ... so we had to take our hike via Bauda and no longer came over the Große Röder. That forced us to walk some stretches of road (although not very busy); Overall a nice hike and good to run. By the way, there were a lot of cyclists on the road ..... What a beautiful home !! 🚲😎

The park at Lauterbach Castle is small, but when the activities such as the spring festival, concerts or Christmas at the castle start again, it is definitely great. The Naunhof Castle seems to be in a deep slumber, but I don't have any exact information, nevertheless an interesting area 🦢🦆🐟

We started from the still free parking lot in Saupsdorf, always following the hiking trails with a red line. The Wachbergbaude had really great food offers and that is so-very recommendable even during normal operation. The path to the vineyard leads romantically along the forest and the view was gigantic today, both to the Lilienstein, Winterberg and the Czech Republic. At the herb bar to Hinterhermsdorf you have to briefly walk on the road, as the path is private and cannot be used. Otherwise you always walk quiet paths past the Sonnenhof. 😌 📸
