A walk around Griffith Island in Port Fairy, a small natural coastal island and a Shearwarer Colony. The Shearwarers arrived in from the southern ocean just after dusk, and dropped to their furrows to feed their chicks in the sand burrow nests. Mt Ritchie in the Yarra Ranges, accessing from the north via MMBW Road (Road 8) and walking up the north face via the old Road 8 track. GPS track shows the return summit walk, also the car trip to Mt Toolbewong afterwards.
