I'm old n grumpy. Once upon a time I loved exploring the countryside on my bike. Now I'm old and the drivers are lunatics so I restrict myself to cycle paths and my smart trainer. I plan rides with Komoot then ride them in my back bedroom. I'm not training to race just exercising to stay reasonably fit. I plan rides that I've ridden in real time over the years and can still enjoy them without the terror of idiot drivers. I ride routes that I'd never be able to ride in real time and plan long routes and split them up into 20k or 60 minute sections. If you want to ride them feel free and enjoy. PS Spotify helps
