This is a delightful circular route, on minor roads with plenty to see. Going from Mabe to Longdowns via Halvasso rather than Antron Hill is less steep, and far prettier.
The stop at Trevales is great, ideal with a snack and a book to read!

Great little ride, perfect afternoon.
From Constantine to Gweek went via Bonallach, turning right about 1/4 mile before the house. This section includes some unmetalled lane.
