Eagle Creek Park - Red Trail
Moderate trail catching the most exiting highlights of Eagle Creek Park. GPS did not catch the first 10min of the trail, endpoint equals startpoint. All main trails in the park are well signposted. Changing scenery and path conditions let time fly by. Includes stairs, roots, rocks, and small sections along the parkway. It runs mostly on gravel or dirt paths. Not recommended with a stroller or younger kids. Dogs are allowed on a leash. It can get crowded at certain spots or on the weekend. There are plenty of benches and picknick areas along the way. Restrooms and water fountains are available at different stations in the park. Entrance fee to the park is $7 per vehicle if you are from outside Marion County (2025), we entered the park through the North Gate.
