Gorgeous trail along the beach to Jaunķemeri, then heading on a perfect bike path towards Kemeri before taking smaller dit roads through forest and swamp area. Don't dare to stop unless you like to be eaten up by moskitos. There is a small and dangerous part on the main road when heading back to Jurmala. An alternative would make the tour more enjoyable as cars and especially buses/trucks pass at arms distance.
