The climb from Saint Claude to Haut Crêt is stunning. The supermarket in Longchaumois is a good stop for refuelling after most of the climbing is done. The N5 stretch is not so much fun but the return route makes it worth while. The connecting road between Valfin and Saint-Lupicin has a sign claiming
