The path over the Jöchlspitze to the Strahlkopf is doable but very steep and today on 9/26/24 the first part of the climb was very wet, so we decided to take the path behind the Rothorn on the descent.
However, there were about 25 snow and ice fields to cross that were melting rapidly and were not tracked
