Very nice bike tour in the Kanaltal without much difficulty! The ascent is easy to do with a normal level of fitness. With the e-bike you should have at least 500 Wh available, for turbo more like 750 Wh.
Be sure to mount a decent light for the tunnels, and it's probably 10-15 degrees cooler than outside
