It's a big climb up from Boscastle but it's a nice out and back route with only a 1mile section duplicated, with varying scenary as well as covering SCP, Boscastle for drinks, Bossington Haven for the surfers and Tintagel for the pasties

Poorly sign posted, mushy in the wet and very uneven over the moor, advise to wear long trousers, much better when Heather in bloom, stairs down from hunting tower dangerous.
