Notice there are two single trails sections that are too steep. I walked those. I wouldn't recommend changing the direction of the trip since one of them is too dangerous for down hill

Beautiful one of the best we had. The last section is a bit difficult and can be avoided if it's too muddy.
In point number four look to the left and follow the path through the rocks and then hidden metal steps in a crack between the rocks will take you up to a beautiful view. It's the best part
