It would be a lie, however, to say that we were on foot the whole time. 😉 A little comfort is necessary after all: In between, we continued with the little train and the shuttle bus.

A beautiful bike tour with some nice people along the Dinkel. 🌿🚲
In between, we had a cozy coffee break at Café Gut Aarnink ☕, before continuing past the Bardel monastery.
To conclude, we rounded off the day with a delicious dinner at Pizzeria Ars Vivendi. 🍕

In mixed cycling weather, we undertook a varied bike tour to Enschede (NL) with my wife's regulars' table.
There we participated in a guided tour about the devastating fireworks disaster of May 13, 2000. At that time, a fireworks warehouse exploded in the Roombeek district. The disaster claimed 23 lives

Exactly one year ago, we did half a loop around Enschede. This year, we completed the other half of the route.
This allowed us to fully complete the loop. The tour once again offered varied landscapes and beautiful sections, which made the experience a successful continuation of our trip last year.
