This year we did our first bike tour today.
Have to get going again first!
Had done the tour 10 years ago. The bat tunnel is just as impressive unfortunately it was quite windy on the former railway line, which is now used as a cycle path.
The landscape is a very beautiful route with a few highlights in between.
Absolutely recommended! 👍😀🚲

Our tour today took us around the Ennepetalsperre. Unfortunately, most of the way is paved. Only the forest paths were easy to walk. The paths around the cleared beetle areas were dry today, and after some rain they will hardly be accessible. The paths are totally disheveled, but currently encrusted! Unfortunately, from my point of view, this tour is not recommended.

From the Kalberschnacke parking lot today we walked along the KuLTur-Weg along the Lister dam.
Small works of art can be seen and sometimes looked for along the way. It is really fun to discover everything on the 7 km. In addition, today was sunny, albeit cold, weather. At the end you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the Listertalsperre.
Snacks and drinks are sold "to go" at the kiosk!
If you arrive in time, a parking space is also no problem. Https://sauerland.com/Media/Attraktionen/KuLTour-am-Listersee-LandArt-Rundwanderweg

If the weather was nice, it was once again around the Eisenberg in the direction of Leifringhausen. From here you just have a great view over the hills and valleys. In the loop you can currently still see Brüninghausen, Augustenthal and Wettringhof. When the leaves are back, the view is blocked again!

Today's tour went to Bad Iburg. The Buga area (2018) is well maintained and you can use different paths. We were already on the treetop path in 2018 when the Buga took place there. Today we walked the hydrangea path and the forest path, then the riverside path to the Bad Iburg castle with the Charlottensee. It's still a nice walk. You can park right in front of it. But you should urgently pay attention to the parking time, because it is controlled.
