This 66 km loop gets you to three beaches in two provinces as well as Gatineau Park. It is nearly all paved and nearly all on cycleways (multi use pathways) basically except intersections and a bridge (with a lane separated by a concrete barrier). This is the version that goes clockwise. Someone suggested to walk the steeper part first, which I think is a good idea. It also cuts out the descent and then the ascent from the Rio Pomba Valley for those who want to stay up in the mountains.
