Mainly Fire Roads but a few singletrack paths. You can always spice this ride up by incorporating one of runs carved into the steep hillsides by local riders. Full Face Helmet and Pads required!
Really good training run that covers a small footprint but covers a fair distance. Enjoy the vistas as the

Starting at the free carpark in Carhampton just behind the PO and General Stores. Not much single track but this is compensated by wonderful views and challenging rocky double tracks that lead to the summit on Croydon Hill. A fast but rather boring decent down fire roads leads into Timberscombe and

This was an exploration of the more southerly part of the Quantock hills. Setting off from the great little car park at the community shop in Bicknoller it climbs up onto the ridge before winding through Great Wood. If anything there are a few too many gates but that does not spoil the ride.

Excellent sunny Easter ride starting from the Bicknoller Village Shop Car Park. Donate a £1 and park up all day!
First ascent up Bicknoller Combe was a real joy. Don't know why I have never used this route to gain height before? Wild Ponies were enjoying a mudbath on the tops.
Nice singletrack into Stert

Brilliant 'Best of the Quantocks' capped off by the singletrack drop into Somerton Combe and the climb up Lady's Edge to Bicknoller Post before plummeting down the fast and technical Weacombe to the finish. Great spring weather and an exceptional ride.

Great ride covering some lessor known parts of the Quantocks as well as classic tracks. A good 4 hour ride even on an ebike. Would not like to attempt this much elevation gain without a little assistance!

Starting at the Car Park at Bicknoller Community shop this ride begins with a tough pull up Bicknoller Combe. Once on top the route flows nicely and provides a great introduction to Quantock riding at its best. The drop into Weacombe Combe at the end of the ride is sublime and finishes off the ride with a superb decent.
