The tour starts in Sapa and leads via the very touristy Cat Cat through a beautiful valley to Phường O Quý Hồ. The tour isn't actually very long, but the elevation profile shouldn't be underestimated. You should definitely go through Ban Xín Chai; it's simply more authentic.
