The Lakes and Dales Loop is approximately 200 miles around the Lake District and takes parts of the Westmorland and West Riding Dales. This is day one of four days that we plan to complete the loop. We encountered strong headwinds all day courtesy of Storm Babet. But it stayed dry....

The last day and the easiest in terms of distance and climbing 😀. Great Western Lakeland views and for once no real blowing wind and rain. Nice to finish the loop on a high.....😉
