A nice tour on an ancient railroad track passing deserted stations and crossing railroad bridges. A lot of tunnels on the way, even a 360 degree turn almost entirely in a tunnel. Bring a light!!

Pretty tough uphill ride on paved roads mostly. Had to skip the ascent to the top (Santuario Madonna di Sirino), though. The way down to the little Lago Laudemio was quite anice Single. trail with a few technical bits. The rest is an almost 20k downhill on the road. Make sure you bring a light for the passage through the tunnel towards the end. It is not illuminated and pitch black.
