The climb up the hill is good exercise. The drop down towards Dasy Bank was not appreciated. Good varied walk.

From Churchdown to Gloucester
Great walk for a summer day. Hard going in February.
The walk follows the stream most of the way. Much of it is wooded. When you get to Gloucester why not stop at the New Inn as visitors have done for 600 years.

From Porth Swtan to Llanfaethlu bus stop
If you are doing the costal path, this might be useful. Just go up the hill from the bay and turn left behind the farm. The road was not too busy

Black Horse Inn alternative morning
Nice walk. Good views. Suitable for wet weather. The track has been chewed up by tracked forestry equipment around the cricket club, but I trust that they will add some more gravel.

From La Villa to Ciaminades
The first section from La Villa traverses the top of some pastures and has good views. The second is through woodland and is very quiet.

Easy decent from Jimmy's
If you have been to Jimmy's and don't want to go down by cable car, then this is an easy walk. It starts by kissing the road several times but then hugs the steam.

From Corvara to Jimmy's
This takes you from the cable car station on a pleasant traverse to the famous Jimmy's mountain hut - a good place to visit. If this is not enough then you could add the easy descent from Jimmy's.

Circular waterfall walk From Corvara in Badia
The first half is on a good track though the woods. The second on delightful paths through alpine villages. I went as far as the waterfall. A small up and back. The parking I used is next to the cable station and was 8 euro. Reasonable value.

from Great Walsingham to Cromer
Quiet roads across country. We found plenty to see. Holy was pleasant and we enjoyed stopping at the station. Then on to Felbrigg Hall, National trust. The gardens are really excellent.

The scenes are superb. This walk has 1000 meters of ascent and descent. You come down some steep gullies on made up pathways. Don't trust the timber.
