Hike Chisholm TH loop and down Hood Creek trail
Recommend the loop counterclockwise. Note: I didn't start the route until I was about 2O minutes into the hike, so it is about 20 min (a little less than a mile?) longer, with perhaps another 100 ft in elevation.

Window Rock Cabin to Designated Camping Area on Hyalite Creek
The hike was almost entirely on an old abandoned road, much of it relatively level. While it was mostly tree-lined, there were periodic impressive views. There was occasional water. Elk had been there very recently.

Little Bear Cabin to Forest Service Roads and nice view over Gallatin River
Pleasant. There was no traffic for me on the road, while I was on it. Easy walking.

Little Bear Cabin to Little Bear Lake off trail loop.
Nice steep off trail walk mostly in meadows. Lake is shallow with soft bottom. Not good for keeping dogs clean.

Moser parking lot through multiple meadows loop
Pleasant loop with modest elevation gain. Variations are possible. Plenty of water for the dogs, but some of the wet springlike areas are muddy.
