Hello dear hiking friends,
that was a very nice, relaxed tour without much altitude.
We parked at a free parking lot and could so, after the hike still linger comfortably on the lake, without time pressure;)

Really nice hike. The descent to la Nouvelle is pleasant and easy to do. Back it gets a bit more demanding for the muscles and your condition. Nevertheless, a great moderately difficult hike and depending on the weather more or less sweaty. ;)
Best come early in the morning (around 8 o'clock) so that it is not so full and hot.

This tour is not really walkable anymore. The road is completely overgrown and we struggled to make any progress. It would have been better to have a machete with you.
We were here on 8.10.2019 on the way. Hopefully the path will eventually be maintained again, because the hike itself is really nice.
