The free parking (with (open!) public toilets) in the middle of Brighstone village is an excellent place to begin a walk. The original plan was to go to the top of Limerstone Down, but some unexpected drizzle and the older pair of legs accompanying me cut the walk slightly shorter. I left my nan at the

A flat walk with a car park and toilets at either end (though the car park at the Bonchurch end is up a short, steep hill). Also featuring a scale model of the Solar System.
