Über teils schmale Pfade führt die Tour zunächst zur Glockenbuche. Hier lädt eine schöne Schutzhütte zum Verweilen ein. Weiter geht es mit schönen Aussichten zur Altenbürener Mühle, einem Ausflugslokal im Wald. Danach geht es zur kleinen Kapelle von Esshof und dann über nicht markierte und sehr verwachsene Wege zurück zum Parkplatz Eichenkamp.
