About Emma Pooley
After a short night and a great snicker-cheese-banana-breakfast we left our campground to ride back to where we started yesterday. Thinking this would be mostly downhill (I mean, we couldn't get any higher right?), it might have been easy to be disappointed today. Because Emma's route contained still a lot of altitude meters, from which many had to be done by foot, pushing our bikes. Of course we went off-route, and all took way longer then expected, but again, it was no problem. The views were all great, the mountains are just too impressive and Liesbeth's mood got better the longer we were in the saddle. I was a little relieved as well slightly disappointed to arrive back in Hausen am Albis, this adventure could've been a few days longer if it was up to me! Thanks to Emma, Liesbeth, Shane and Nick for the route and great company. Again, all amazing photo's are by @pathfinder_giro (Yorit Kluitman). The not so amazing ones by me.
