The tour begins when you come by car at the Wildbad Kreuth hiking car park.
From here follow the sign "Siebenhütten". This path is easy to walk, also suitable for children. It goes along the Weißach. The hut can be reached in about 30 minutes.
From there, follow the signs to the large Wolfsschlucht gorge. You may have to cross the stream a few times. The tour is still signposted as a red tour up to now.
At the lower end of the waterfall, the black tour continues upwards. You climb up over smooth but stepped rocks, the rugged path is partially secured with steel cables.
After overcoming the rocks, there is another ascent in the walking area. There was sometimes a considerable amount of snow here. After about 5 hours we reached the ridge of the Blauberg ridge. We turned right and followed the signs to Schildenstein. After 20 minutes we reached the top of the Schildenstein. The summit can be reached after about 15 minutes of steep ascent. We skipped this one. The descent took place on the south side. After about 45 minutes you reach the Geißalm, which is private and not managed. In Serpantinen it is relatively relaxed downhill.translated by•View Original
