Von Rotthausen über die Glör nach Wahnscheid und weiter nach Rummenohl. Kurze Asphaltstrecke bis Priorei , rechts ab Anstieg nach Rumscheid. Zweimal die A45 überqueren, kurze Rast bei den wilden Tieren in Mesekendahl mit „angrillen“. Weiter entlang des Golfplatzes ins Lauenscheider Tal. Im Ortskern weiter über die alte Schnurre Bahntrasse ins Herbecker Tal. Weiter durch die Wälder ansteigend bis Rotthausen.
