The way up on old military nice and easy. The way down on cieran path was more tricky, there’s a collapsed bridge so you need to scramble over the rocks bit of a challenge as there’s a waterfall so fast flowing water over the rocks very slippy. Once you get to the top of the dam to get across to the path on the way down you need to cross various rock pools and streams. Caution must be taken as there’s a possibility of fast rising water!
