最長距離記録更新！荒川・入間・越辺川～刈場坂峠
今日は最近の不調が吹っ飛び、行きから巡行速度がいつもの3キロ位速いペースで進んだ。GWの混雑で峠も車多いだろうと前回行った人気の白石峠方面は避け、となりの刈場坂峠へ初挑戦。標高高い割りに顔振峠や堂平の様な見晴らしポイントはあまりなく、頑張ったご褒美が少なかったのは残念。しかし頂上までの途中の林道は、車もバイクもローディも少なく、GWとは思えない程の静けさで貸し切り状態で良かった。
帰りもいつもだったら岩淵水門通過時点では気力だけで踏んでる感じだが今回は全然元気。他のローディと久々バトりたい気分になる位の勢いだった。

荒川CR-越部川-白石峠-堂平天文台往復
白石峠は２回目だけど、前回は堂平天文台の手前のパラグライダー乗り場の時点で終了したので、実は堂平天文台までロードバイクでも上れる事が判明して、今回はそれに挑戦した。噂通りの圧巻の景色で、今までの中で一番標高も高いし見晴らしも良かった。
ただ疲れも倍増で、帰りはヘトヘトだった。
