Easy Autumn / Summer hike. (In Winter some ways are used for skiing!) One can take the Bus 9 from Umeå to the last Station in Röbäck. From there you will hike to the cave and then though the forrest. In the end you will pass a grave field and then another small hill (Skjutbaneberget). From there you walk along the village, pass an elderly care and then you walk onto the field. There were a lot of birds located. In the end you end up in Teg.
