The Cairngorms really is one of our favourite places to experience the changing of seasons in Scotland, especially with its wild weather and trees everywhere🌲 and we’re so excited to share one of the hikes we never miss when we head to this area 🗺️ This circuit through Glenmore is a stunning mix of ancient Caledonian pine forest, peaceful trails, and one of Scotland’s most magical sights: An Lochan Uaine, the Green Loch. The path winds steadily upward from Glenmore, opening to views of the Cairngorms before dropping into the quiet glen where the emerald waters of the lochan shimmer in the light. A short way further, you’ll find Ryvoan Bothy, a classic Highland shelter and the perfect spot for a rest before looping back. On the rocky sections and steady climbs, the Teva Hurricane Daybreaker Boots kept us feeling secure and supported, letting us move with confidence over mixed terrain. And when the hiking was done, slipping into the Teva ReEmber Camp shoes back at Glenmore campsite felt like pure comfort. It’s a route that blends adventure and tranquility, with the right footwear making every step feel effortless 🌲🗺️
