Path not maintained and quite tricky in parts. Many fallen tree tunks line the path so be prepared for some scrambling! I am pleased to have now hiked this path after 12 years of visiting Turunc!

This route has to be the most direct and straightforward mountain path ever! It is one giant staircase from the car park to the summit. No map or compass required! I am aged 65 fairly fit and made it up and down within 3 hours, including a short coffee stop and several photo stops. The only pain was

This hike from HPB Stigliano to San Rocco a Pilli across the fields. Although a very pleasant hike a good deal of the path is not maintained, with brambles and waist high grasses/straw a challenge. I was thankful I wore leggings! In Pilli, we had coffee and pastries in the best cafe. Coffee was piping
