Now I know why athletes use ice baths! 😂 I should also have brought sun cream with me cause even though I applied loads , I still got skelpt! 🥵

Start at car park View of the Pentland Hills – Waterfall and Old Mill loop from Carlops
Beautiful scenery and views all around and very peaceful

Hike up Black Mount Hill
Quite a boring walk but the views were amazing so well worth the trip!
